	Grimaldi compagnia di navigazione S.p.A. The Grimaldi Group (Naples), founded in 1945, is today a specialist in the roll on/roll off method of shipment and currently owns one of the largest fleets of ro/ro multipurpose and car carrier vessels in the world. After developing in the 1960's its maritime services within the Mediterranean, the Group expanded into other areas of the world and further developed the ro/ro concept with increasingly sophisticated and flexible ro/ro multipurpose vessels. The Grimaldi Group, with a fleet of about 100 owned and chartered vessels, offers today regular liner services covering North Europe, the Mediterranean, West/Central Africa and South America for the transport of cars, vans, trucks and other commercial vehicles, all types of containers, general cargo (paper, forestry products, etc.), project cargo. Every year, the Group carriers through its various services about 1 million vehicles produced by the biggest car manufacturers in the world, its main customers. With the aim of becoming a Multimodal Transport Operator and follow the "door-to-door" transport concept, the Grimaldi Group has been recently investing in shore infrastructure such as port terminals, car/container storing areas and pre-delivery centres (PDI) and has set up, with strategic partners, trucking companies for the transport of vehicles. The Grimaldi Group (Naples) includes the following companies: Atlantica S.p.A. di Navigazione, Grimaldi Compagnia di Navigazione S.p.A., Industria Armamento Meridionale S.p.A., Atlantic Container Line. Moreover, the Grimaldi Group has recently acquired the 51% of FINNLINES and manages the Company, 17% of ANEK LINE and set up the new maltese company Malta Motorways of the Sea Ltd in order to strengthen the already consolidated Grimaldi global network
	Intership Navigation Co. Ltd Intership Navigation Co. Ltd (ISN) was founded in 1988 with German background and by German personnel in Limassol, Cyprus. Primarily a ship owning company, ISN has also expanded into full management for a small number of owners. ISN presently manages a fleet of 52 vessels made up of dry-cargo ships, LPG tankers and product carriers. ISN has seventeen ships on order and under construction in Japan and China. In addition to the full management, ISN is appointed crew manager for a further eighty vessels of German owners. The crewing department is today employing some 2,500 seafarers of various nationalities. The company has established technical support offices in the United States of America and in Brisbane, Australia. Together with ISN's other offices in Germany (commercial management), Poland (manning agencies) and the Philippines (manning and training), these make up a truly global organization able to respond to problems at any given time.
	MacGREGOR Group The MacGREGOR Group, part of Cargotec Corporation, is the global market leader in engineering and service solutions for the maritime transportation industry. Ship owners, ship and port operators, shipyards and offshore industry are our customers. The products include hatch covers, cranes, RoRo equipment, port equipment, cargo lashing systems, bulk handling systems, offshore systems and their service. The Group operates in 30 major shipping and shipbuilding countries and its service network consists of approximately 60 service stations.

	SpecTec Group Holdings Ltd SpecTec Group is a company specialised in the offering of software and services in the field of Asset Management. Our software AMOS (Asset Management Operating System) allows operation and control of all Technical and Documentation aspects in the fields of: Maintenance, Spare parts and Stock control, Purchasing and Procurement, Quality and Safety documentation management, Voyage management (for shipping), Personnel management. SpecTec product "AMOS Data Manager" allows validating, importing and browsing any data sets made accordingly to Shipdex™ Protocol. Also, consultancy on Shipdex™ Protocol and data sets production, based on already existing technical manuals, can be supplied.
