The Grimaldi Group (Naples), founded in 1945, is today a specialist in the roll on/roll off method of shipment and currently owns one of the largest fleets of ro/ro multipurpose and car carrier vessels in the world.
After developing in the 1960's its maritime services within the Mediterranean, the Group expanded into other areas of the world and further developed the ro/ro concept with increasingly sophisticated and flexible ro/ro multipurpose vessels.

Intership Navigation Co. Ltd (ISN) was founded in 1988 with German background and by German personnel in Limassol, Cyprus. Primarily a ship owning company, ISN has also expanded into full management for a small number of owners.
ISN presently manages a fleet of 52 vessels made up of dry-cargo ships, LPG tankers and product carriers.
ISN has seventeen ships on order and under construction in Japan and China.
In addition to the full management, ISN is appointed crew manager for a further eighty vessels of German owners. The crewing department is today employing some 2,500 seafarers of various nationalities.
The company has established technical support offices in the United States of America and in Brisbane, Australia. Together with ISN's other offices in Germany (commercial management), Poland (manning agencies) and the Philippines (manning and training), these make up a truly global organization able to respond to problems at any given time.

MSM prides itself in being very innovative and instrumental in developing its new ship designs with shipyards in Japan and China. The MSM vessels are initially developed by the companys founder capt. Eugen-Henning Adami and have found great attraction in the international ship-owing arena. The yards have eventually succeeded delivering more than 50 vessels from each of our designs to various ship-owners worldwide.
